We are hiring some motivated Trainees – IT Sales and Marketing to join our growing team. This is an entry-level role, ideal for freshers interested in digital sales, social media marketing, and communication. You will work with our existing database of leads and be responsible for promoting and selling these leads to customers through various social media platforms like Facebook, Telegram, LinkedIn, Whats App, etc. You must be fluent in Hindi and English and know how to use Canva for creating marketing visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact and promote existing leads from our database to potential buyers. You will be responsible for reaching out to interested parties and introducing them to our data services.
Sell data packages by connecting with customers through various social media channels. You’ll engage directly with prospects to understand their needs and offer the best-fit solutions.
Post engaging and targeted content on platforms such as Facebook, Telegram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and others to attract and convert new customers.
Communicate clearly and confidently in both Hindi and English through messages, voice calls, or video communication. You must be comfortable interacting professionally with diverse clients.
Respond to client inquiries promptly, explain the features and benefits of our data services, and work towards closing successful sales.
Create visually appealing marketing materials such as posters and flyers using Canva to support ongoing promotional campaigns.
Keep all lead interactions well-documented and organized by updating the CRM system or spreadsheets regularly. Accuracy and consistency are essential.
Work toward achieving individual and team-based weekly/monthly sales targets under the direction and supervision of the sales team lead.

Education:

Fresh graduates or final-year students welcome to apply.

Experience:

0-1 years

Additional Requirements:

Must be fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
Basic knowledge of Canva for content creation.
Comfortable using and promoting on platforms like Facebook ,Telegram, LinkedIn,WhatsApp etc.
Confident communication and customer handling skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
Basic IT or digital product knowledge is a plus.
