Business Development Executive

Nebs-IT Solution Limited is a fast-growing IT service provider specialising in website development, software solutions, digital marketing, and business automation. We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales, build strong client relationships and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT sector.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
Generate leads via social media, networking, and cold outreach.
Present and promote IT services to potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales campaigns.
Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Stay updated with IT industry trends and competitor activities.

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Computer Science (CSE).

(Note: Skillset and expertise will be prioritized during evaluation.)

Experience:

2+years

Additional Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, business development, or client management (preferably in IT).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English.
Ability to build rapport with clients and close deals.
Good understanding of IT products, software, and digital solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
