Lead Generation Expert

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential leads in local and international markets.
• Use platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, email, and other channels to generate leads.
• Qualify leads based on company requirements and sales criteria.
• Maintain and update lead databases in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns.
• Conduct cold emails, direct messages, and calls to reach potential clients.
• Track and report weekly lead generation performance.
• Perform any other lead generation–related tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:

• Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or digital outreach (IT industry preferred).
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools.
• Good communication skills in English and Bangla.
• Basic knowledge of IT services, website development, and digital marketing.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
