Sales Executive-IT & Digital Solutions

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for IT, Web, and Digital Marketing services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Conduct market research to identify client needs and emerging trends
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets
• Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to align service offerings with client needs
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in CRM or relevant tools
• Attend networking events, client meetings, and online platforms (like LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, etc.) to generate leads
• Provide post-sales support to ensure high client satisfaction and long-term partnership

Additional Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in IT service sales, software sales, or digital marketing agency sales preferred (freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply)
• Strong understanding of web development, app development, and digital marketing concepts
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bangla and English
• Ability to build rapport and close deals with clients
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
