Job Summary:

Nebs-IT Solution Ltd is a growing IT and Digital Service company offering Web Development, Software Solutions, and Digital Marketing services. We empower businesses to grow online by combining creative design, smart marketing, and advanced technology. We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager who can build customer funnels, promote our services, and drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media marketing strategies that generate leads and conversions
Design and manage customer acquisition funnels from brand awareness to retention
Plan, create, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
Collaborate with the design and content team to produce engaging visuals, videos, and copy
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to improve ROI
Manage daily social media activities — posting, responding to comments, and engaging with the audience
Research audience behavior, market trends, and competitors to refine marketing strategies
Support digital promotions, product launches, and brand awareness initiatives

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

(Note: Skillset and expertise will be prioritized during evaluation.)

Experience:

1-2 Years

Additional Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
Strong understanding of digital sales funnels, lead generation, and conversion optimisation
Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Analytics
Experience using CRM and automation tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar
Excellent copy writing and creative content development skills
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting abilities
Good communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
