We began as a small team facing challenges with customer relationship management through spreadsheets. In search of a better solution, we built a basic CRM to store leads and track emails. We knew the CRM was helpful when others began asking to use it as well, so we turned our efforts to launch it as a product. Over time we were able to add new features—shared pipelines, email capability, an API, etc. It's incredible to see thousands of business use our CRM regularly to grow their businesses—and subscribe to flexible plans that suit their stage of business.
